Insurance, Fees & Reimbursement

Dr. Kerwin is an out-of-network provider for all insurance plans. We do not bill insurance directly, but we’re committed to helping you navigate reimbursement through your PPO or FSA/HSA benefits.

How Reimbursement Works

We provide a detailed superbill after each session—or monthly if you prefer—which you can submit to your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement. Many clients are able to recover 40–80% of session costs, depending on their plan.

Session Fees

Session rates reflect Dr. Kerwin’s 25+ years of experience and personalized approach to care.

Initial Intake Appointment

45-min session: $350

Therapy Service

45-min individual, family, or couples session: $350.

60-min individual, family, or couples session: $400.

Comprehensive DBT Program

Includes a 45-min individual session & skills group per week: $450.

Diagnostic Evaluation

Includes at least (2) client interview sessions; (1) parent/partner interview session (if needed); diagnostic test administration, scoring, interpretation/analysis; & (1) feedback session:

Starts at $1600, varying with assessment scope.
